Intan Jaya, IDNtribune – Seven months has passed since the 330 Tri Dharma Task Force was first stationed in Intan Jaya and continues. A bunch of positive things have been done by the Tri Dharma Knights. One of them includes “Halo Doc” and the “Tri Dharma Pharmacy” which were Healthcare programs of the Task Force which became the favorites of the community in the Sugapa district, Intan Jaya Regency, Central Papua Province.

Its seen as personnel provided healthcare to the people of Intan Jaya who came to Mamba Post for treatment on Monday (22/1/24).

Task Force doctor, Medic Second Lieutenant Dr. Yoga Prasmuli Sembiring explained that havoc done by the Papuan Separatists during the last few days had caused quite a lot of losses within the area.

“The brutal acts of terror and indiscriminate shooting carried out by seperatists left residents afraid, which caused them to run and save themselves. Some of them got their legs injured on the way after falling or getting hit by wood and rocks during the run. A number of residents came to our post for medical examination and treatment,” he explained.

The acts of terror carried out by Seperatists has forced many Intan Jaya residents to flee. It still remains ironic as despite the efforts made by the government and Law Enforcers who continue to work in creating a secure environment in order for the region to be able to further develop and increase people’s welfare, the brutal acts done by the seperatists only left deep psychological trauma towards it’s victims and causes a huge amount of losses among the people of Intan Jaya.
