330 Infantery Batalyon Holds the “TNI, Friends of Children” event, Introduces the role of a Soldiers to School Children
Cicalengka, IDNtribune – As an effort to continue to awaken children’s love for the Indonesian Armed Forces from an early age, 330/Tri Dharma Raider Infantery Batalyon held an activity entitled “TNI, Friends of Children” which was attended by students from the Sholeh Children’s Kindergarten, located in the 330 Batalyon Dormitory area, Cicalengka,Bandung Regency on Wednesday (08/11/2023).
Infantery Major Dedy Pungky Irawanto, S.I.P., M.I.Pol, Commander of the 330/TD Batalyon, through Head of the troops on standby in the batalyon, Infantery First Lieutenant Yogi explained that the “TNI, Friends of Children” event was one of the efforts made by the batalyon to continue to establish good relations with the community as well as introduce the 330 Infantery Batalyon unit, duties and roles of the soldiers to children from an early age.
“In addition to educating and developing young children to know more about the duties and roles of a Soldiers, personnel of 330 Batalyon also provide learning motivation and teach children a disciplined lifestyle,” he explained.
Mrs. Ani Hasanah, S.Pd, one of the teaching staff who accompanied the students appreciated the “TNI, Friends of Children” activity and hopes that activities like this will continue to be carried out.
“Thank you, our students are very enthusiastic about taking part in TNI, Friends of Children activities which are packaged in an interesting and interactive way by the 330 battalion, Apart from being effective in supporting children’s cognitive development, this also eliminates the frightening impression of TNI soldiers in the eyes of children and at the same time instills a sense of pride. children to the armed forces from an early age,” he said.
It can be seen that a number of children were very enthusiastic and seemed happy to take part in the series of “TNI, Friends of Children” activities which were packaged in an interesting and interactive way.
