With Joy and Gratitude, the 330 Task Force Alongside the Intan Jaya Community Held a Stone Burning Event in Welcoming the New Year
Intan Jaya – At the beginning of 2024, the 330 Task Force and the people of Intan Jaya continue to grow closer as their relationship further strengthen. As a form of joy and gratitude in welcoming the new year, the Tri Dharma Knights and the people of Intan Jaya held a stone burning ceremony, taking place in the church yard of Bazemba village, Kab. Intan Jaya, Central Papua, on Tuesday (2/1/24).
Task Force Teritorial Officer, Infantery First Lieutenant Ronal Reagan Simanjuntak, explained that this ceremony was held as a form of gratitude for the upcoming new year.
“Let’s welcome the new year with new spirit,” he said.
Furthermore, he added that the ceremony was an effective means of strengthening the unity of the Indonesian Armed Forces and the people.
Yacob Sondegau, Pastor of the Bazemba Village Church, expressed his appreciation to the Task Force for providing support to the stone burning ceremony.
“We are all happy to welcome the New Year of 2024. Hopefully Intan Jaya will continue to be peaceful and its people will become more prosperous,” he said hopefully.
In this event, it was clearly illustrated how close the relationship exists between the 330 Task Force and the community in Intan Jaya.
