Intan Jaya, IDNtribune – The commitment of the 330/Tri Dharma Raider Infantery Batalyon Task Force in helping the government’s program in resolving cases of children at risk of stunting in the area of duty continues to be carried out. The Tri Dharma Knights distributed Nutrition Packages for the children,at the Holomama Post, Intan Jaya Regency, Central Papua Province, on Saturday (02/12/23).

Task Force doctor, Medical Second Lieutenant dr. Yoga. P. Sembiring explained that lack of knowledge about a healthy lifestyle makes the stunting rate in Intan Jaya very high.

“We educate the public, especially to mothers who are pregnant or have children under five, to pay attention to the nutritional intake of the food they consume,” he explained.

Commander of the 330/Tri Dharma Task Force, Infantery Major Dedy Pungky Irawanto, S.I.P., M.I.Pol. said that this was part of the 330 Task Force’s program in this month of Decemver

“Thank God, today, the 330 Task Force has distributed 40 Nutrition Packages containing baby porridge and biscuits, Milk, Indomie and eggs. “Hopefully it will be useful to help accelerate the reduction of stunting rates in Intan Jaya.” he said.

Julius Sani, the Shepherd of Holomama Village, expressed his gratitude for the additional nutritional package assistance provided by the Task Force.

“Thank you to the Task Force who really cares about us, the people of Holomama Village. “May God always bless and protect the Task Force. Amakanie,” he said.

The task force commander further emphasized that this activity was carried out in accordance with the direction of the Indonesian Army Chief of Staff General Maruli Simanjuntak, M.Sc.

“The Army Chief of Staff’s orders are clear, for Indonesian Army units to continue to take action in helping the government reduce stunting rate in Indonesia,” he stressed.
