Intan Jaya, IDNtribune – Conciding with both Christmas and New Year celebrations, the local government, Indonesian Armed Forces, police force and the Intan Jaya people are committed to maintaining a conducive and secure enviroment, especially in during this political year at the Intan Jaya Regent’s Office in Central Papua, on Saturday ( 6/1/24).

In his speech, Mr Apollos Bagau, ST, as Regent of Intan Jaya appealed to all parties to work together to maintain security conduciveness.

“2024 is a political year. Let all parties work together to maintain security and make the democratic party agenda in Indonesia a success,” said PJ Regent.

330 Task Force Commander, Infantery Major Dedy Pungky Irawanto, S.I P., M.I.Pol, said that all parties in Intan Jaya holds a strong commitment to maintaining peace and security conduciveness in the area.

“We all realize that peace is not unity in similarity, but unity in diversity, comparison and difference,” he stressed.

Furthermore, Task Force Commander emphasized that Indonesia’s diversity will become a strength if it’s within the frame of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika.
