330 Task Force Carries out “OBRAZ”
Intan Jaya, IDNtribune – In keeping a secure and conducive environment, the Indonesian Armed Forces must be in unity with the people in order to form a solid foundation in guarding Papua. The 330 Task Force continues to strive to establish relationships with the local community in the assigned area. This time, this unit from the 17th Infantry Brigade under the Division 1 of the Strategic Reserve Command carried out “OBRAZ” in Intan Jaya Regency, Central Papua Province on Thursday (28/12/23).
Task Force Commander, Infantery Major Dedy Pungky Irawanto, S.I.P., M.I.Pol explained that the “OBRAZ” meant is not a type of sewing technique which is usually used to tie the edges of cloth so that they are neat, but “OBRAZ” here is a forum of communication.
“Forums like this are very effective in finding out problems and obstacles faced by residents,” he said.
Mr. Yakobus, a resident of Bazemba village, appreciated the family atmosphere that existed between the Task Force and the residents of Bazemba village.
“Thank you to the Task Force for helping us the people of Bazemba village a lot. “It would be beautiful if we all continued to live in an atmosphere of peace and love,” he said.
Furthermore, welcoming the New Year. The Task Force Commander, appealed to the public to contribute to realizing safe and conducive conditions in Intan Jaya.
“Let us all, both security forces and the community, work together and work together to maintain security conduciveness in Intan Jaya,” he stressed.
