To Lift the Spirit of Independence, Tri Dharma Knights Held a Race at an Altitude of 2200 meters asl
Intan Jaya, IDNtribune.com – The euphoria and enthusiasm was felt, as Intan Jaya resident enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the 78th Indonesian Independence Day Celebration. During the event, residents participated in various competitions held by personnel of the 330/Tri Dharma Raider Infantery Batalyon Task Force to celebrate the 78th Indonesian Independence Day. The event took place in the courtyard of the Army Post in Sugapa, Intan Jaya Regency, on Sunday (13/8/23).
That afternoon, the loud voices of the contestants seemed to break the silence at Intan Jaya. The cheers of the children’s screams could be heard shouting at each other. The children seemed to portray the spirits of the freedom fighters. Even though they have fallen down and had their bodies are covered in sweat and dust sticks to their faces, all the participants kept getting back up and continue to be enthusiastic about participating in the competition.
Major Dedy Pungky, as mission commander said that 330 Tri Dharma Task Force held a competition to enliven the vibrant atmosphere of independence in Intan Jaya. “The enthusiasm of the residents of Intan Jaya in lifting up the atmosphere of Independance was truly extraordinary. Many parents came to give encouragement to their children who took part in the competition,” he said.
Hosea Sani, a resident who also witnessed the competition, said he was happy with the activities carried out by personnel of the 330/Tri Dharma Task Force. “Contests like this make the residents happy. If possible, Mr. 330 Soldiers will hold competitions like this every day,” he joked. ***
