Intan Jaya, IDNtribune.com – In order to increase agricultural productivity in an attempt to increase welfare and economy level, personnel of the 330/Tri Dharma Raider Infantery Batalyon distributed plant seeds to residents in each post located in Intan Jaya, Central Papua Province, on Wednesday (06/09/23).

Commander of the 330/TD Batalyon Infantery Major Dedy Pungky Irawanto, S.I.P., M.I.Pol said that providing vegetable seeds was an effort by the Task Force to help improve the residents’ economy. “We distribute vegetable seeds, as well as educates residents to utilize vacant land into productive land,” said the commander.

Mama Juliana, one of the residents who received the seeds, responded positively to the seed provision from Task Force.

“I’m happy, these soldiers are helping us by distributing vegetable seeds for residents,” he said happily.

Not only that, the Task Force also invited residents to sell their crops to the Task Force. “When you harvest, just bring the results to the post. We’ll buy them all later,” said the Commander, which was greeted with applause from the residents. ***
