Intan Jaya, IDNtribune.com – As a form of concern and tolerance for religious communities as well as a concrete step in increasing faith and devotion in the assigned area, personnel of 330/Tri Dharma Raider Infantery Batalyon held a Spiritual Patrol in order to distribute hundreds of Bibles and Rosary necklaces to residents in the Holomama Village, Intan Jaya, Central Papua province, on Thursday (31/08/23).

Commander of the Holomama post, Infantery Captain Barcel Fainnaka said that the spiritual patrol that was held was a form of love and concern for the 330/TD Task Force for the residents of Intan Jaya, the majority of residents are Christian. With the donation of Bibles and rosary necklaces, it’s hoped that they can be used to support the Christian faith in Intan Jaya. “Hopefully by distributing these Bible, it can increase the faith of residents in worship,” said the post commander.

Meanwhile, Yulius Sani, Pastor of the Immanuel Holomama Church, expressed his gratitude and thanks to the 330/TD Batalyon Task Force for caring for Christians in Intan Jaya. “On behalf of the congregation of the Immanuel Holomama Church, I would like to thank the armed forces for your concern for us. “May God Almighty always give blessings and protection to all the soldiers of the 330/TD Batalyon while carrying out their assignments,” he concluded. ***
