330 Task Force Provides Extracurriculars to High School Students in Sugapa, Fostering the Young Generation in Intan Jaya
Intan Jaya, IDNtribune – A wise sentence states that “The younger generation is the beginning of the country’s future.” In realization of the younger generation’s importance, personnel of the 330/Tri Dharma Raider Infantery Batalyon carried out coaching for the younger generation through extracurricular activities at the Sugapa 1 Public High School in Intan Jaya, Central Papua on Wednesday (08/11/2023).
Within the extracurricular activities carried out, the Tri Dharma Knights patiently and painstakingly trained the students of the Sugapa 1 Public High School Sugapa on Marching (PBB) skills and the process and procedures for the flag raising ceremony.
Commander of the 330/Tri Dharma Raider Infantery Batalyon, Infantery Major Dedy Pungky Irawanto, S.I.P., M.I.Pol through the Task Force Territotial officer, Infantery First Lieutenant Ronal explained that the aim of carrying out the PBB training was to provide an introduction and training on concentration, discipline and cohesion for the high school students.
“The extracurricular activities carried out today is an act of service provided by the Task Force 330 to the community, especially in the field of developing the younger generation,” he concluded.
Mr. Andarias Tandipayung, Principal of Sugapa 1 Public High School, expressed his gratitude to the Task Force for taking the time to attend and provide extracurricular material to his students.
“We are all happy and express our gratitude for the presence of the men from the 330 Task Force who provided extracurricular material at our school,” he said.
Extracurricular activities carried out by the 330 Task Force ran safely, orderly and smoothly. At the end of the activity, Task Force personnel also provided direction and motivation to the students to study diligently and continue to be enthusiastic about achieving their goals.
