While returning from school, students crossed in front of the Army Post (Koper), they were surprised by the screams of one of the soldiers stationed in the Post, “My brothers, are you home from school already? Come stop by for a while, uncle have some gifts,” said Second Lieutenant Brian.

The kids suddenly ran into the Post’s yard. “Wait, please be patient while queuing, I will hand it over one by one,” said Private Asep while directing the children to line up neatly. It didn’t take long, the Tri Dharma Knights rushed to distribute clothes and bags to the children. “Calm down, everyone will get it,” said Second Lieutenant Brian, intervening for the children who started fighting.

First Lieutenant Arditto, as the army post commander explained that this activity of sharing clothes and bags was part of the 330 Task Force program in a series of lively commemorations of the 78th Indonesian Independence Day. “Last week, after playing football, the children confided that many of their school bags were damaged and didn’t have many clothes. During August, so that they were enthusiastic about studying, we gave them clothes and school bags as gifts,” said post commander.
